1. What WBU Is

WBU is a weekly anonymous Q&A platform where users answer deep, fun, or weird questions. You can swipe through responses, vote, reply once, and (optionally) unlock secret votes and messages at the end of the week. Sharing the weekly question gets you access to your followers' answers.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 14 years old to use WBU.
• Don't impersonate others or try to identify anonymous users.
• Don't post harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• We reserve the right to remove content or ban users at our discretion.

3. Anonymity

WBU is designed to be anonymous. We don't ask for your real name, and we don't link your answers to public profiles. However, anything you share can be screenshotted or saved by others. Don't share anything you'd regret.

4. Subscription and Paid Features

WBU offers optional paid features and subscriptions to enhance your experience. Currently, we offer "Spy Mode" as a subscription.

Spy Mode Subscription

"Spy Mode" is a subscription service that gives you access to:

• The replies people sent you for the current week's answer.
• The votes you received for the current week's answer.

The price for "Spy Mode" ranges from $2.99 to $7.99 per week (or local equivalent), depending on your country. The exact price will be displayed in the app before purchase.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew each week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Payments are handled securely through your app store.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

We may also offer other one-time paid features, such as unlocking hidden interactions or "God Mode", which will be clearly priced at the point of purchase.

5. Content

You own what you write, but by using WBU, you give us a license to use, share, and promote your content anonymously within the app and across social media. We may use some responses to promote WBU (anonymously).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WBU at any time if you violate these terms or create risk/harm for others.

7. Disclaimer

WBU is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll always work perfectly or be bug-free. Use it at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we'll notify you in-app or via email. Keep using WBU after changes means you accept the new terms.
